For lips I would say MAC Myth or Creme D'Nude. For the eyes I would say carbon, print, or silver ring.

If I was going to recreate it on my skintone (NC30) Id probably do Naked pigment or Modest Tone e/s (depending on if I wanted shimmer or not) for a brow highlight with Print as a wash across the lid, blended into the h/l, with black liner and lots of mascara (maybe natural looking falsies) and print also smudged on lower lashline.
For blush I would use maybe Sunbasque or Margin for that bronzey-ish look (lightly) with Blankety lipstick (Myth looks more corpse-y on me lol) with a teeny bit of underage lipgloss. HTH
