Well MAC is a bit sneaky since they have runway lighting and anything looks amazing there! A marketing ploy I'm sure

Just ask the MA to have a look outside the store to check if the colour is alright in daylight!

That's a great tip! even walking a few feet out of dark-little-mac usually helps for me. Just keep a mirror, or swatch your arm. That's how I found out I didn't like a few shades that I was drooling over online.

I usually walk out of the store to check on the colours in broad daylight, esp esp the foundation !

Yeah, put swatches on ur hand, of all the products uve tried and go out in the natural light and see if they look as good, if they dont return it
