I'm 19 and a student in Florida.
I am waaay out of my league here, my mom is a complete country girl so I was never taught anything about Makeup growing up. I asked my Dad and he bought me a book.
Poor guy.
So far my knowledge of brands extends as far as the nearest Wal-Mart
. I'm so looking forward to learning about everything. MAC seems amazing but also really exspensive, how do I know what to buy and how much to buy?
I'm not sure how to start my collection or the cheapest way to get it.
