trying to press shadow into a pre-made palette

Anybody ever try to do this?
Here is my scenario:
I have a 7 eyes pink palette and my pink freeze is all gone. The palette doesn't look right without it. Do you think it is possible and that it would work successfully, if I broke up a pink freeze, mix alcohol with it and press it into the pan?? Would it have the same payoff/consistency as the original pink freeze? Do you think it would hold up over time without crumbling??

It will work to a degree, but setting loose powder with alcohol really needs a considerable amount of weight/pressure on it during drying to create a solid, non-crumbling mass. I don't think a pre-made pallete, especially a holiday one, is going to withstand having a vice clamped over it/a considerable weight placed on it without stressing, cracking or shattering completely.

Really, just leave it as it is. The chances of it not working are much greater than it being successful, and it's better to be missing one eyeshadow than to wreck all of them.
