UDPP question

The other day I wore a pigment over UDPP. I used a mixing medium (sprayed my brush with Fix +) and I noticed that it creased badly by the end of the day. Did I not use enough UDPP or is it not a good idea to apply stuff wet over it? Thanks!

That happens to me to. Especially in summer, my skin gets more oily so I tend to crease even with UDPP underneath. Fix+ has glycerin in it, which feels kind of oily to me. I'd either use very, very little Fix+ on your brush, or switch to plain water or Visine to use these wet.
