Are you kidding me, with her money, we could buy MAC alltogether. Screw buying this e/s or that l/s...just buy the whole dang company!

Well, you know the saying 'hindsight is always 20/20'...there are a ton of things I wish I had researched better, but hey...at least there's something you can do about it, and you ARE, instead of sitting back crying, acting like a helpless victim!

Aww, you don't have to return any favors...as far as I'm concerned, as much as I'm helping a fellow MAC addict and Jersey girl, we're both trying to make sure other people don't fall victim to this scam artist. I'd personally like to find him and beat him...

HEH! Check this sh*t out! I got an email today from APPLE GLOBAL SECURITY! NO SHHHIIIIITT. Mr Ira Haynes who is the assistant to the director sent me a message telling me all these details of past counterfeiters! He aske for pics.. but i told him what happened with the return. He answered me immediately and inquired about contact we had, what kind and if we had a phone number. Which, we DO!.. and I happily forked it over... only after researching to make sure, this Ira is legit..
I told him i had emails, receipts etc.. Lets see what happens NOW.

Something is better than nothing. Ken had to go to the bank in person today.. So they took the information down and faxed some sort of form to the corporate office. They don't know if there is anything THEY can do..

Let me see if i can get this right.. Someone fakes an item, I return it, they keep the money? How is it that NO ONE seems to think they can "do" anything. Chase is the bank, Paypal is the payment service. We have the receipts.. I'm getting annoyed again.

haven't heard a word from Ira at Apple since I gave him all the info.. Ken is calling Paypal again to follow up with them..
