Taking the seal off new ones: how do you do it?

I have a Red Hot one I can't use because I can't get the seal off. Meh.

peel the little plastic tab covering the holes carefully!

Red Hot is great - but my faves are marshmallow and cake.

Ahh *drools*.

Cake and Marshmallow are the two I really want! Does the "plastic tab" mean the extra plastic casing over the holes? I've tried prying it off but random powder gets all over my hands and it takes the whole plastic powder jar out of the box. Meh. Will have to try again.

*Edited to add: nevermind lol...I pulled the top casing off then saw the little plastic tab lol. I feel really stupid now lol.

Yo,
Sometimes Cake goes for a pretty decent price on ebay . . . sometimes!
I just have a sample of Cake, I swapped away the rest because I can't stand "tasty" any kind of make up!
