Not on me (NW15). Vanilla pigment is actually a wonderful, shimmery, light goldish white color when you apply it. Vanilla eyeshadow didn't show up on me at all, no matter how much I swatched, but I didn't see the goldish element in it.

I actually asked this question the last time I used Live Chat! The MA said that "Vanilla Eye Shadow is a velvet texture and is not frosty. It does have very subtle shimmer but not frost (like the Pigment)."
And also that "the pigment is also more iridescent where the eye shadow is not."
