Viva Glam- Do you wear it?

itawtc. The palette did not make me love Viva Glam. I was thinking, "This dry, clay-looking stuff is what people are raving over?"

I've tried to work with it a few times and no spark whatsoever.

Viva Glam I is my all time favorite. I wear it all the time. My second favorite is V. I just edon't think you can go wrong with either one.

So, I've been trying VGI with currant and thats not too bad. It's kinda the same as currant and Diva, but that's okay. Thanks for the ideas, I'll have to try some of them as well.

My favourite combo on lips for pretty much any make-up looks is:

Beurre Creme Stick Lip Liner with Viva Glam V lipstick & Viva Glam V lipgloss!

It's HOTT with double T's!

GOSH...I'd wear my VGV IF I COULD FIND IT

!!!!!!!! I swear, that l/s has been "hiding" from me since I bought it!!! I lost it the first day...then found it. Then lost it again, then found it....again. Now, it's been gone for over two months, and I would really like to wear it (I bought C-Thru l/g to wear w/ it...figures I cannot find it now). I *did* really love this l/s (I guess it didn't love ME, though!). I guess I need to get another...'cause the first one 'aint coming 'home'..LOL!!!

I am a NC 45 and I also usually wear Fresh Morrocan too. I do use Viva Glam I from the same palette you have. For some reason, when I first bought the palette, I could only wear Viva Glam IV. On me, V looks pink. Now I think I wear I the most. Try piling it on. At first, I was scared to wear too much because I feared making a big dip, but I love it now that I put more on. I have yet to use Viva Glam II ever.

I've been "MACing" for a couple of years now, but just recently bought my first Viva Glam lipstick.
I bought Viva Glam IV, sight unseen, online and I LOVE it!
I'm fair-skinned caucasian, ivory-pink skin, dark brown hair, very green eyes, VGIV is perfect for me.
I love the color, love the frost, love the packaging.
I can't think of one negative about Viva Glam IV, and I plan to keep right on buying it!

I'm black too, and I find that if I apply Viva on heavily or even borderline thick, I look scary as hell; my lips look white. Putting on a thin layer or cutting it with clear lipglass looks hot.

I love VGI-its my HG deep red and VGII is also great...havn't tried the others colours yet surprisingly( i also have the palette). I'm NW15-20 though (as white as could possibly be)

Sorry to bring up such an old topic. I had a thought and this is the best topic match for it.

I also never really use my Viva Glam. I have the 05 palette and a tube of VGV, none of which I reach for. I mostly do lighter pink and cool toned nude lips, so I was thinking... wouldn't MAC bring in so much more money for the cause if they did a pink VG? It must be more popular than reds since every collection has a pink lippie. I think pinks are in general easier to pull off and more people would buy it.

Actually it might not bring in all that more than any other VG's. MAC releases a new pink lipstick every week so it wouldn't be special. Plus there are 50 shades of pink and everyone thinks the pink they like is the most popular. You can always pink up VGV by using a pink lip liner as a base.

My most regularly worn lip products are VG V and VG VI lipglasses. I love both of them. I have all the other VG lipsticks but only tend to wear them if I'm doing more interesting makeup.

i used all the colours of the 05 palette except viva glam 2 and 5. I use 1 with nightmoth (1 was the hardest to pull of for me) i wear 4 and 3 without liners. Btw i am nc45/c7.

The only ones I like on me are VGIV and VGVI. VGV is okay but a little blah on my skin. I'm NW20 so nudes really just don't do much, I need some color. I like some reds but VGI is not it.
