Hey everyone after one night of viewing almost all the tutorials i was like i have to register coz im sure the ladies here will be able to guide and help me. okay here goes my story i'm somewat new to make up all i can do right now is do a nude lip and apply loreal wear infinate eyeliner half way decent. i wud like advise on neutral eyeshadow application and the tools to purchase for application i'm a NW45 for foundation although my complexion has gotten a little bit lighter any help wud b really appreciated THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!
