In the Allure mag, you can turn to the page where they do Britney's makeup and they will tell you what product they used on her lips.

As for smokey eyes, any brand will do (almost). If you're looking for a black, then either MAC Carbon or MAC Black Tied (has sparkle), Jane Clubbing, or Milani Storm.
