We don't have Syms, Mandee's,Marshalls,Target,Nordstrom, Burlington Coat Factory,H&M,Victoria's Secret or Urban Outfitters. Most people in Hawaii go to Ross Dress for Less (the Kama'aina) and the visitors go to designer boutiques. We do have GAP at the malls, but its pricier....

American Apparel, Century 21, and the student consignment boutique on my campus- clothes made by students studying fashion. Supporting a poor college student and shopping in between classes- can't go wrong.
