That's from Holiday 2000. Are the colours: Bubbles, Frou, Guavarine, CB96, Russian Red, Shag, Twig, Diva, Pink Poodle, Velvet and Fluid? If so, it's Holiday 2000. (May have been a Nordie's exclusive).

I wish they would release that again! Great colours!

I believe it was a Nordie's exclusive, I had that palette and used it all up pretty much!
