What colour would this be

Im wanting my hair this colour but everytime i print it out it comes out a completly different colour. Can someone tell me what colour it is so i can tell the hairdresser.

Your hairdressers should have colour charts of the colours so you can see... but its just bleached to death (lovely breakage at the back i can see).. no fancy numbers/names

The best i can tell without actually looking at it IRL, it looks like a level 9+ golden/beige blonde. I'd bleach to the light yellow stage and tone with a 10N or NW depending on how much warmth you wanted. Depending on how dark your hair is now, how many times your hair has previously been processed and with what, it can cause damage and the upkeep is atrocious. You wouldn't want to go any longer than 2 month (approx 1 inch) without getting your roots retouched as the potential for damage can increase. Just my two cents...

Her hair does look overprocessed but as far as the color goes, I'd call it a Light Pale Beige Blonde. Just emphasize that you want it very light and neutral, not golden.
