What do you think about FADE E/S (light blue)

Fade e/s is not very noticeable on me...but i kinda like the texture.
What do you think about it? what other e/s would you use with that color?

I think it never looks noticeable alone. I layer it with matte white shadow underneath ("Ivory" from Estee Lauder) or Forgery that's more shimmery. The white picks up the light blue very well.

Fade can be paired with a real dark navy blue...eye liner...
