What is a reasonable percentage split to do makeup in a salon?

I've looked for a going rate and can find nothing ! Here is the scenario :


I'm supplying all the makeup/tools

The salon will book clients for me

The owner has suggested a 60/40 with me getting 60% of what I bring in.

I think I should get more since I supply everything but would appreciate any advice.


BTW the salon owner is my sister lol

that is fair. Ive encountered a lot of places that wanted me to do 50/50 which is like.... excuse me???? I know they provide the clients but I provide the service
