color something base, i dont really care what the whole title is, but like...can you use it as e/s? and if not, why?

There are some colors that cannot be used on eyes or lips (read this thread: http://specktra.net/showthread.php?t=36253 ). Check out this link: http://www.precautions.specktra.net/#creamcolorbases which can usually be found in martygreene's signature.
