What is the best place to work?

I really need some of your opinions.. I really want to gain more experience in the industry..

Which company is the best to work for? What kind of pay can I expect with no make-up experience (I have customer service and corporate and legal marketing experience)? Mostly, where will I gain the most experience? and any interview tips..? I've been accepted for interviews at of the following places:

Bobbi Brown (counter at Macy's)
Ulta
Sephora

Any other ideas about where else I should submit an application? I definitely don't think I'm ready for a MAC interview (I don't know enough about brushes or have enough experience)... Any ideas and opinions are welcome. Thanks!!

If I had a choice between Bobbi Brown, Ulta or Sephora, I would definitely go for Bobbi Brown. The pay is probably better, also, you will be concentrating on one line in which you can become an expert, as opposed to dealing with many different lines. Also, Bobbi Brown is a really respected high end cosmetics company.
