What to do with my hair!

Im not sure what I want to do with my hair. I want to color it but I dont know what would look good on me. Im not sure if I want to stick with black for long. I colored it jet black a year ago and Im getting bored with it. Any suggestions on what would look good on me? something that will bring my skin out...make me glow if I should say hehe. If you have any hair styling suggestions that would be great too!

i like the layers you have now. maybe you could go for a dark chocolate brown with medium brown highlights?
