What to do with What a Dame?

So, I bought What a Dame highlight powder and loved the light shimmer it gave with my peach blushes. But the shimmer overlay is now gone and I'm left with a compact full of matte light orange powder, and I cannot for the life of me make it look right on my face. I'm rather pale with fairly neutral undertones (Foundation is NARS Mont Blanc). I really want to figure out how to put it to use, but I need help. Suggestions?

i ended up with the same problem, even with a skunk brush it looks chalky and orange!

I must have really orange skintone! I can actually use this on top of my bb cream (I use this as a liquid foundation) and it works well!
