What's wrong with this pigment???

I have been pressing some pigments this morning. Everything was normal since I tried to press Magenta Madness. It became disgustingly sticky once mixed with alcohol and then it was like a magenta glue that went dry. I took a pic of it.
Why did this happen? I can't think of any explanation except because it is a neon pigment Or there's something wrong only with mine?

oh no! i have no idea because i don't press pigments but hopefully somebody can offer some advice!
