When MAC hires...

Are they looking more for people with experiance (beauty school...ect) who don't quite look the part (age, features ect...) or for people with less experiance who they can train who look more like a MAC MA ?

All the ones here seem to be younger with kind of harsher features...

What do you think ?

I believe they look to see if you are trainable. Meaning, do you know how to take direction and follow through. You can teach someone to ring on a register but can you sell the product. Also, looking the part is a must. You are trying to become a MAC Girl/Guy, you have to walk in there like you are already working for them. It's all about your attitude.
