although I would be super careful about the Hot tempered colors... When I used to order from them a while ago (when they still carried the perfumes, and base which I LOVED!) I resisted from buying those shades because they are abrassive. which means over time if you continued to wear them (i dont even mean like over 100 times, anything over 5 is probably too much), they would eventually wear down your eyelids... they sent me an ingredient list, which they admit is prohibited by the US FDA... they contain flourescant colorants too... i just think its too risky for ANYONE to use them. a while back they were supposed to be taking them off the site, because although they say NOT to use them on their eyes, I know of many people who have...

No, they really shouldn't

I Mean, they stll appear highly pigmented and are super pretty... but It's still not worth the risk. and it bugs me more because I KNOW theres going to be some girls who'll buy them, because of the hot neon colors, and use them repetively... until something really bad happens...
