I'm a new collector, but I am really in love with MAC.

Uhh...that's like impossible. Considering all of their permanent items, collection and limited edition items, discontinued items, holiday collections and the fact that MAC has been going since '84/'85 (not 100% on the correct year) I doubt anyone will make this effort.
If you're just referring to what is out there now, go on their website.
