Where's the damn Storm?

I can't seem to make stormwatch work for me. Ladies I need your help.
Eyes
Benefit Town car creaseless eyeshadow used as base
Mac Stormwatch on top of Benefit
Mac Sketch on crease
Ricepaper on brow

What can I use to make the Stormwatch show up? Any other color combination suggestions. Heres the picture of my attempt.
