Which eyeshadows should I definitely get?

I was thinking about getting my first... 10? eyeshadows from MAC. They're pretty expensive for me right now since my parents just bought a car for my brother and a new apartment in the middle of Berlin. So I was wondering which 10 or 20 eyeshadows I MUST get because you use them often or because they're brilliant. =)

MAC shadows really are not expensive & please keep in mind MAC does not do any animal testing which I love

Purple: Satellite Dreams and Beautiful Iris
Pink: Swish
Black: Carbon
Silver: Electra
Neutral: Shroom or Naked Lunch
Highlight: Nylon or Ploof
Browns: Woodwinked or Sable
White: Gesso or Crystal Avalanche
