Which pigment is lip safe?

Hi,
I'm sorry if anyone ever ask this question, but I'm new here and couldn't find the info so...

I'm thinking about mixing pigment with some lip glosses that I have. Does anyone know which pigment is lip safe? The red one's prefered. And how to find out about which one's lip/eyes safe?

yes, this has been asked before.

here is a list of the all pigments with cautions, not including LEs.

MAC PRO

as you can see, basic red is not lip safe according to their list.
