"whispy white stuff"??

I was re-searching some fake eyelash alternatives and I came across this page and someone commented:

this really has me wondering what the product is and I gotta have it!

If I'm not mistaken, this is very smilIar to the actual whitish-fuzzy stuff that are sold by many brands now as a first step to applying a mascara (l'oreal has it)... Its the same idea of the fiber rich lash mascara from MAC.. those fibers allow you to buildup the lashes.
