Whiting Out Lips

Okay! I heard of this somewhere and i know that it is basically covering your natural lip pigment color, but the question is how do you determine what color concealer to use. NC45 and/or NW45---ME.

i would chose the concealer that matches your skin tone the best. so if you are a nc, i'd go with that, and vice versa. i actually use the same concealer that i use on my face (select cover) and apply it to the back of my hand and then paint it onto my lips with a lip brush. the blot with a tissue to remove the excess before applying my nude lip gloss.

Yep, a bit of concealer does the trick.

Does this help with other lip colors as well? OR Is it only best when trying to obtain the nude lip?
