To style my hair, I put in some curling mousse when it's still wet, and then just use a diffuser on it, to dry it.
Also, sometimes some bits stay straight and crap, so I curl those bits with my ghds. <3

I think the brights are fantastic on you.

My recc with the highlight under the brown would be to go with something not too shimmery (nylon is very high shimmer) and to start directly under the arch sweeping out with less of a concentration on the outer and inner ends under the brow.

Owh, but I'm a fan of the whole drag-queen-highlight thing! Crystal Avalanch and Nylon are my two favourite highlights! <3

It;s not so much needing help for general highlights, more just needing a decent, warm-toned highlight to wear with greens.

These are all gorgeous! I'm pale as well and I think it is silly for fairer girls not to wear color. It only looks bad if it isnt applied well, but that goes for everyone. For your highlight with greens you could try using the e/s Vex, which is a super pale green duochrome, it has some pink to it, or white gold pigment. I've used both of those before and they look nice. Shroom would look good too. And maybe bring your colors down a tad lower so you can put like a "transition" color in your crease, like MacLovin suggested. And Old Gold pigment is gorgeous btw, I adore it =)
