Wiggin Out!!!

One of my girlfriends is having a wig-out birthday party next weekend (so everyone is wearing crazy wigs). I found this adorable bright blue, kind of retro bowl-cut wig with bangs. I'm not sure what my outfit is going to be yet but I figure I'll do something sexy and black so I can go crazy with hair and makeup. Any ideas on makeup? Throw 'em at me ladies and gentleman. I want something WILD!!!

I should describe myself, I suppose. I'm NW15 (so pretty fair with peachy undertones), big blue/grey eyes.
