Hey Guys!
Newbie poster (lurked for a while though!). I've been asked to an interview at one of my favourite brands, Smashbox. I'm fairly prepared for my interview and know a lot about the company.
I'm confused about how the company is set up though. I know that Smashbox is an Estee Lauder company but my application was through Boots and I would be working in a Boots store, does this mean if I was to get the position I would not receive the same Estee Lauder employee benefits that a Bobbi Brown/MAC etc employee would receive?
I'm sorry to ask here, I would ask at my interview but I don't want it to come across that the discounts and such are the only reasons I'm interested, as that's not the case at all.
