Workshops/Seminars?

I was just curious to know if there are any upcoming workshops and/or seminars that will be offered in the near future in Montreal?I'd be willing to go as far as Toronto for a few days if it would help.
Im not sure where to look so if there are any websites that would be greatly apprechiated.

Also, i know most cosmetic lines offer training, is it possible to ask for their training without having to apply for a job?????
