Yeah MAC!!!

Yeah!!! I wrote to MAC and told them about one of my favorite pink brushes peeling and cracking (the short handled ones from last year, not the Diana) and Estee Lauder sent me a check!!! I expected them just to send me a replacement for the one brush. They didn't make me return the brushes or anything!!! MAC customer service rules!!!

mac customer service is awesome! i've called them twice about the same problem..that my studio fix was getting wierd circle cracks in the middle..and they send me new replacements. And i also didnt have to send the defective ones back. I dont think we should let this secret out! they might change their rules soon! lol!

i love MAC cs!! once I wrote to complain abt their sales reps failing to call me and reserve items for me when the Playboy collection first came out, and they told me to choose any 3 items for FREE! =D
