gorgeous gorgeous!! i have blue eyes as well and i love blue on blue. but if you REALLy want blue to pop they say a rich gold or yellow brings them out!

About the lashes: Huge, huge, HUGE recommendation for the Lancôme lash primer! It's amazing. I have pretty long lashes to begin with, but this still does WONDERS for them
