It has been far too long...mostly because I have class and rehearsal daily and never have time to do FOTD worthy makeup! Here is what I did today on my day off.

Face:

The usual. MUFE/Sue Devitt/Flirt!

Eyes:

UDPP
CS 88 Palette (original)
Sephora glitter (White gold)
Anastasia brow kit
Ulta mineral e/l in Black
Andrea Mod Lashes


Lips:

Rimmel liner in Nude
Clinique full potential lips in Blackberry Bloom


I do not know why but my camera decided to wash out all my pics! I tried (and failed) at readjusting them.

It's like a sunset, and your hair and make up is gorgeous as always. How do you get your yellow to show? Mine won't show up for the life of me. :[

kiyishima, it took me friggin' FOREVER to get the damn yellow to show! it's such a pain in the butt. I used UDPP (a LOT of it) and loaded up my brush with the brightest neon yellow...even then it took eons. I wish it showed up easier, it looks so pretty on the palette! D:

I knowwww. Its so chalky and sheer, it pisses me off. And it makes me want to do more looks with yellow, just because I don't have it. I needed yellow in my life so much i just wear yellow nailpolish to get my fix LOLL

Anyway, I said it before, I love this. Reminds me of a sunset, and so summy worthy. can we trade hair? Is that your natural hair color? I'm so jealous of it.

I know!! I have to pat it on with the brush, because if I so much as do one little swipe, half the shadow floats away like smoke. omg now I want yellow nail polish!! it's such a fab color--I think I take out my need for it in cooking. butter, bananas, paellas, friggin' everything I make has some kind of yellow tint lol!

thank youu! oh you don't want my hair haha. it takes about six hours to dry, it drives me INSANE. and my hair dresser. every time I go in she goes, "you have too much hair...." I have gold highlights though, my natural color is darker.

I was born with GOLD GOLD bright gold hair, but when I turned 12 it went all crazy and went from perfectly straight and fine to super curly crazy and dark. I dyed it red once but it looked terrible..I don't think I have the coloring to pull that off...

UGH yes I know. I need to go out and buy like 2093483209 pots of yellow eyeshadow to make myself feel better! And lol, I feel so weird with yellow nailpolish, but I can't seem to find it in my heart to take it off LOL

Girllll I feel your pain, I was born with fine, blonde hair and the brightest blue eyes, and after I turned around 1 or 2 or something, it all went downhill. My hair started coming in darker and darker till i had brown, and my eyes stopped changing halfway between green and brown. Ew. And on top of it, my hair got thick, corse, and curly. I know you can be born with light eyes and hair, and it darkens when you age, but I HATE looking at baby pictures. Stupid genes....
I think you can do red. An auburn with orangey red highlights would work, i think anyone can work some shade of red. :]

Omg Kiyishima, tell me about it. but on the up side, you ended up with gooorgeous eyes!! mine were brown when I was born and stayed brown. I was like HELL no, I am brown eyed, period. I think my red was the wrong shade...it was really bright cherry. hahah I looked hilarious--I dyed it last (2008) new year's eve and on new year's day I looked terrifying, but had to wait another day to fix it because everything was friggin' closed!

Hi There! I love the colors! And your shading is beautiful! Also, I think your hair looks awesome with the highlights! And don't worry about the crappy yellow. I can't remember the name but I have a bright yellow by MAC that I have never used. Does "Yellow Chrome" sound right?? Anyway, best wishes and great job!!

Oh, and I forgot to say... every time I see your pics you remind me so much of Gelsey Kirkland! She was soo beautiful and IMO one of the greatest! Did you ever read her memoir? I had a hard time getting into it so I just look at the pics
