alright I ordered Have a Lovely Day and Out for Fun. I will have four our of the eight colors. I think that's enough. I ended up getting a lot fewer things from Ditto than I thought I would so thats a good excuse to buy two more casual colors than I planned. right? lol

::sigh:: After looking at tons of swatches I've resolved to just go to the counter next week. I'm liking the nude-y shades but I'm about NC 5 except yellower and my skin always pulls nudes orange or brown or some other weird color. Pale ladies, what shades are you finding the most subtle?

Interesting-- what would a cool coral look like?
Hi my dear!

I don't know. I need more swatches & descriptions...or maybe I should just buy it :) I loved how it looked on the lips.

I bought Keep it Casual with Orange Tempura and a BU of Sail La Vie. Donneee with CC now lol. I don't even wanna look at the other colors because I know I will be tempted!

I just got Out For Fun and Keep It Casual since I thought those were the most unique for my stash, particularly Keep It Casual. Sooo rosy and pretty!
I LOVE Sail La Vie! I've worn it almost every day since I got it.

i'm around the same color as you. I wear Nars Sheer Glow foundation in the shade Siberia. Thats the only foundation I've found light enough for me and with neutral undertones...I do have a bit of yellow tones too though and I have a similar problem with nudes.

That being said, I have Have A Lovely Day and I found it really wearable. Its not too light and its not too brown or orange at all. Its actually not orangey whatsoever. If anything its sort of a beigey with a slight rosy undertone I think. If you get Relaxation with it, you can mix them to tweak it more or less pinkish. I really liked the combo of those 2 on the lips.

I'm really happy with Lazy Sunday as a cheek color, its very brightening. I also was pleased with Weekend Getaway as a lipcolor by itself.

I haven't really played with Evening Stroll yet... its a lot more pigmented than the others I got. I didnt get the coral, the peach, or the wine colored ones...I figured I would more more likely to wear the lighter ones more.

Thanks so much for sharing! I'm glad to hear that Have a Lovely Day isn't too brown because I'd had my eye on it originally but thought for sure it wouldn't work. I hadn't thought about mixing it with Relaxation but I'll def have to try that at the counter

I'm light, but not as pale as you are - bet 15 & 20 - bluish lips, rosacea pink cheek apples, and skin neutral, leaning slightly warm (i.e., more to yellow than to pink). And i tend to apply my blushes with a light hand.

-- For you i would suggest Lazy Sunday, pale cool pink - it's quite light. I was surprised at how nice it looked on me, so fresh!
-- Have A Lovely Day!, "neutral nude", is worth testing. Nudes often look orange on me, too, but HALD didn't - it really is quite neutral.
I got them both.

I like Keep It Loose, pale peach. I blended it down so it only added a hint of warmth, but applied more thickly would look orange, so probably not to your liking.
Weekend Getaway and Relaxation are not what i'd call subtle. While they blended out to an almost natural look, they were a bit too strong for me, as i like my blushes on the subtle side.
And Keep It Casual (wine red), Out For Fun (bright orange), and Evening Stroll (blue violet) are likely too intense for you. I got Evening Stroll, but i like anything that leans blue violet (not berry or plum, which is red violet or purple).

Just to test it out as a base lip color I used Evening Stroll and Dear Diary on top. I like it! Now I'm plotting to get Weekend Getaway and already ordered Out for Fun!

Don't mind my crazy hair!
your hair looks cute!

how did you find the texture of the lip combo? did ES change the longevity of DD or anything?

I'm wearing evening stroll and I'm liking it. It's less blue that i'd like, but it works to make purple wearable. its cute as a lippie too but not bright enough for me :p u guys know me....

I did like lazy sunday as well i've always wanted a pastelle pink :) baby-dollish type of cream.

Out for fun... im gonna return it. I can get a better look with modern mandarin.

I'm thinking about the other nudish shades but I should be a good girl and NOT get any more!

Is there any chance I find a dupe for my beloved Lilicent in this collection, even by mixing 2 colours together?

Swap it?

Not worth the swap. It's still in stock and I doubt anybody would be interested in this item. I asked my mom and my aunts to see if they'd wanna try it, but none of them like the color. They saw it through skype video chat and they didnt even know you could wear orange lol.
