I will definitely be getting nicki 2 sometime this year, but I might wait for a month when nothing is catching my eye but I have the urge to splurge. I have Nicki 1 and it looks like garbage on me, I thought it was such a pretty color, but it's just not for me I guess. At least my $$ went to a good ccause and I can give it away to someone who will wear it. Nicki 2 is way more up my ally

Nicki2 lipstick was not as lavender as i had hoped. I mean, it is lavender, but on me it has a bit of a pink cast. My pictures do not do it justice. I was shooting in my local MAC after asking if it was ok.

Nicki2 gloss, despite its appearance in the tube, is NOT milky! It is sheer, but i think it's lovely. It is not very shimmery. I think it is very wearable for everyday. Sorry I didn't photo it on my lips.


This picture was taken in bright sunlight in a window. The skin on my inner arm is neither that yellow nor that brown.


I photographed my lips in the back room in unnatural light. I confess i adjusted the color a little on this photo, because VG N2 was bluer than the picture looked and i was trying to get it closer to reality.

I tried the lipglass as well and i loved it , it was not milky at all. i will get the lg for sure, still not sure about the ls tho. guess i can go try tommorow!

I'm a bit underwhelmed with the Nicki 2 lippie tbh. The l/g looks more promising, but it looks quite similar to one of the Tour de Fabulous ones that I have so I don't know if it's worth getting. Good thing they'll be around the entire year so I don't have to rush into making a decision.

Nope, not the filter. That's how ya do it now. It's the ombre lip. Very in right now! And gorgeous!!!

i wonder how this lipstick would look like with rich purple chromagraphic pencil.. i will try it when it comes. i cant wait !

I may try it right now. I'm... I'm scared. It is pretty!! But, I swear to god my roommate is going to say, "What's up, flabby butt? You look weird today."* This is a trust exercise here.





*that's actually a 30 Rock line but this is a reenactment of something that hasn't happened yet, so... TRUST EXERCISE!!

Well, Nicki would just have to wait for me March. Hauled a wee bit more than I planned for the Archie's Collection.

I'm still undecided whether to get Nicki 2. I meant to put it in my cart when I was hauling Archie but I forgot because I was trying to checkout as fast as I possibly could. Is this also launching in stores next week on the 7th? Not gonna lie I am hating it on some skintones, loving it on others. I'm NC 10-15, what do you ladies think? Should I pick up nicki 2?
