I wish my Silverstroke performed that well. Mine is a mess. Can't make a clean line with it to save my life.

Oh no! Take it back for a refund/replacement? Mine has the same consistency as macroviolet or rich ground ( a fine shimmer not chunky glitter like copperthorn)

I originally said I don't like the 221 for applying my transition shade but I'm taking that back. I've been playing with it a bit more since I said that. I still haven't used the 137 brush.

I was being "good", i only got Pearl Blossom (definitely a blush on me), and 4 Fluidlines (Blue Peep, Siahi, Ivy, and Looking Good)

And then i caved, and ordered Preening and Wow Factor eyeshadows and Notice Me lipstick.

I'm loving Notice Me and Preening. I'm less impressed with Wow Factor, as it doesn't seem to show up much on me. Ivy is great as an under-eye liner, but, at least today, isn't showing up much on my upper lid - i'll keep working on it. Part of the problem may be the crappy angled liner brush i used. I prefer a fine pointed liner brush, but i was lazy.

I wore Siahi yesterday and am happy with it. Still have to wear Blue Peep and Looking Good. I think Blue Peep will work great with the Urban Decay Electric palette.

Love the 221! Does anyone know how it compares to the Hakuhodo brushes? J5529 or J146 might be similar?

I've wanted silly since it was first released, and last night I FINALLY GOT IT! At first, I was actually dissapointed, I was relying on temptalia's swatches whitch I will NEVER trust again haha in person it was so dark and cool toned compared to the medium warm pink i was seeing on online. When. I swatched it next to cyy tho, it looked SO warm toned, after wearing it for a few times, I LOVE IT!!! It's cool toned for sure, but it doesn't turn purply, which is all I'm asking for honestly, I realize warm pinks look crap on me, even if I'm yellow toned (for whatever reason).

I need to take a minute to share my love for the 221 brush. When I first saw it I thought it was so small it was ridiculous, but I got it anyway. It is exactly what I needed. The 224 is great for the transitional color and the 221 is perfect for the crease. I absolutely love it! I might need another one. Ahhhh!!

Well, it makes sense that you're not spending your own money when you're paying with a gift card.

I find it easier to splurge also when I have money in my PayPal account. I only ever have money on my PayPal account when I've been issued a refund so it actually is my money but for some reason getting rid of it relatively guilt-free

I have the hood with a fold over the lid. So for me it is tight enough to get into that crease area, create one, and not spread onto my lid space or go into the transition area.
I got mine with a nordies note. I think I can justify a back up! Right? LOL
