The YSL perk popped back up for a second and I got so excited! Then it said out of stock.
I'm spending all I can at Nordies and Ulta after this. Meh.
But if you save them up - they accrue faster. Like 100 points = $3, 500 points = $17.50, 1,000 points = $50 , but 2,000 points = $125 ! Which is less of a value than Sephora’s Epic rewards, but everyone has the ability to get to that level.. and can use it on whatever they want... which is more fair. I never spend my points until I get to 2,000... and I always wait for a good gift with purchase.. Ulta also gives the 20% off like 4 times a year.. IMO, it is a better company, but of course they don’t sell all of the same brands as Sephora..

To bait their customers with the extra point thing knowing full well the very tiniest percentage of people would even be able to get anything...& then throw in the fact that employees got the perks. They deserve the blowback

This isn't how your treat your customers, especially your best customers who have spent thousands of dollars. In regards to this whole epic farce, It's not about the rewards for me, as I wasn't dying to get anything in particular. I would have liked the YSL, but I'm not devastated. I am, however, royally pissed off at how they have treated their best, most loyal customers like clowns. This was nothing but an insulting, shady game that wasted a lot of time for a lot of people, which resulted in 99% of the participants to end up feeling confused, miffed, disrespected, frustrated, angry and played with. I'm returning out of principle and bc they don't deserve my loyalty at all. They were not Loyal to the majority of us, so there it is.

You should use the eye mask, then return it to Sephora & tell them it did something to your eyes because you couldn't see their epic rewards.

Basically the Epic Rewards turned into an Epic Fail. The stuff launched just before 3pm EST and lasted all of 90 seconds. People were scrambling to add to cart and then by the time of hitting checkout, ish was GAWN!Wow, 20 pages since I left this morning! I gave up and don't even know what happened! Congrats to all of those who were able to obtain one of the Epic Rewards today! Please post pics once you get your rewards so we can see what they look like in the flesh instead of just the stock photo, lol! I hope no one felt discouraged from posting that they were able to nab a reward due to the displeasure many expressed towards Sephora's poor management of this event as it was solely directed towards the company. We are all happy for any Specktrites who were able to get a reward. For those of you who were unable to obtain anything, please contact Sephora and let us know if customer service does anything to try to rectify this situation for you (and if they don't, let us know too). Your frustration is justified and your voices should be heard since they should have learned how to handle this better after all of the complaints they received from the last promotion like this. When you spend so much money with a company (especially enough to obtain 1000 - 10000), you should feel valued and be treated with respect as your money keeps the company afloat.
