Because I would have to place the order over the phone in order to get the 20% and I would only get the rebates if I order online. :sigh:  When you've got over $300 in your cart, that's a lot of rebates coming back. 

Ooh gotcha!! I didn't realize you had to place a phone order. Yeah that definitely sucks! I just called Sephora AGAIN because I never got a call back about the whole MUFE shadow discount/coupon code thing, and I finally talked to a supervisor and she was honestly confused because she said we SHOULD be able to use the 20% off codes and not lose the MUFE promo. She was checking my orders and noticed I had the Skin inc. Set were they add the three serums you want and discount the three for the set, and it gave me the 20% off even though that is basically a promo just like the MUFE one, but it worked fine with the vibe code. So something is wrong with the way they inputted the MUFE promo and they need to fix it! She ended up giving me a $20 store credit which would be what I would have saved on the three pan set...which is cool I guess but doesn't really fix the problem especially since I had planned on ordering more than that, I think she thought I was still using my 20% of though or something. *shrug* She was very sweet and it's really not her fault Sephora higher ups are morons. But I'm seriously just exhausted with dealing with Sephora incompetence at this point. I'm definitely going to write an email regarding all the ridiculousness lately.

Someone is literally selling the little post card coupon that Sephora sent them for the sale.. They have the 20% off code blurred out (as if it is unique)... That is so shady.. In the description - it says you have to be a VIB member to use it.. so it is just the generic card they sent every VIB (and Rouge) wow..  Picture of text in description box:

Well I have a crap ton in my cart that I'm not willing to lose out Ebates on just to get 20% off. So I'll probably take my entitled, first world brat self to NM or Saks, use my 10% code and get 10-14% cash back. I placed a really small order during the VIBR sale because at work we get paid mid-month rather than at the very end, so the VIBR portion was an inconvenient time for me. If I hadn't received a F&F code, I would have been screwed! I LOL! I have not heard that word in soooo long! They are definitely dotish!! Pretty girl!! I don't think Marc Jacobs can take all the credit. I'm sure this is part of the pre-wedding glow as well!!  There really isn't! So much for getting all the benefits of VIBs plus more.  Unfortunately, most of the stuff in my cart are either items I can't get at Beauty.com but at other retailers without the 20% off, or, they're only available at Sephora altogether. I don't have a Sephora store anywhere near me, like many other users, so I don't even have the option of popping in store and hoping the SA I deal with is in a good mood or has been allowed to extend the discount to VIBRs.

Just went to Sephora on lunch and they let me use the discount they said you have to ask and they are not turning away rouge members. I got all makeup forever stuff. The artist 1 & 2 palette, 9 artist shawdows and a backup of The step 1 primer in caramel. I also have that on today under my foundation and it gives me a better glow. No more trips lol so whatever I missed owell. About $1k later smfh

I saw that, thank you! I still haven't been able to hit up an Ulta, but I think I'm just going to order from them anyways. I'll just order whatever looks like something my sister will need. If she already bought some brushes then I'll keep them. Haha. She's been picking my brain in so many things lately because she thinks I'm like some cosmetic genius. So I'm just putting together a gift bag for her for Christmas full of brushes, face masks, matte palettes. I think I might even make her a personalized palette since she's been asking me to make some eyeshadows for a while now. I got the goods so why not?

LOL Exactly!   I want to thell them, I'm really not.  what was it called before?  I feel that way about my Sultry Muse palette.  I love the colors swatched on my arm, but on my eye they look very dull and blah.  THey don't pop the same way they do on my arm.  I was hoping I'd have better luck with Paris.  So I'm playing with bases and we'll see.  Anyone else notice this? I couldn't finish watching that video, one of my pet peeves is when someone swallows while they're in the middle of a sentence so they try so hard to get back to talking that they smack their tongue against the back of their teeth. I hate that!!! And she would make that noise at least 5 times a minute, sometimes back to back.

I did one order today w/o Ebates /MrRebates and it was painful but not like your's would be!!! I just wanted one

Clearly we all need to set up two Sephora accounts. Keep one VIB and one VIBR! With the $ some of us spend there, we could have 4 Rouge accounts! Then we can shop both sales and we'll get the Dec coupon deal multiple times too! (if they do that again this year)

And since the points are worthless, it's not like having them all under the same account will matter anyway.

My order from yesterday with BNA hasn't shipped yet and now I'm getting antsy. That ish has been going in and out of stock quickly the last few days, I hope one will actually make it in my box. Usually sephora gets a shipping notification out so fast for me. Can they cancel after you've already gotten an order confirmation?

I've not had that happen with Sephora but I have had delayed shipping notices, and things have been in 'Sent to Warehouse' mode for a couple of days, but when they did ship I got them overnight!!!

I've actually considered this before. The only thing that stopped me was that I couldn't go back to paying for shipping for orders under $50 but with flash shipping... I may do just this next year.
