PH is a very wearable shade. I rocked it with jewel eye colors even though it was about a hundred degrees here. Maybe it isn't as edgy as Instigator, but i like it. I will be saving it mostly for Fall with richer colors, black, and jeans. Also I want to see it with my face as pale as possible.
