New limited edition quad with star embossing?

I called a counter near me on Thursday and was told they had several, went by this morning and they had no idea what I was talking about haha. Told me I must have been thinking of last year's palette and clearly didn't believe me when I said it was a new limited edition one. I guess the first lady I spoke to thought I meant the holiday palette.

Oh well. I'll just look at your lovely swatches!
Call any Neimans! They will be able to ship it to you for free. :D

That's a disgrace!! I would try them again early next week. It could be that the shipment has not yet come in.

Go to the VP at the store. You will be given their email, if you ask for it. Tell the honest truth. Still don't get anywhere call Dallas. Remember, they are overhead, it is you who pays their paycheck. Also if the upper management do not know what these bitches are doing, how can they correct it. Also offer a solution. Just not the problem. And you get further with honey then vinegar. Especially if you drop serious money at that store. Most stores have a POS system, and the VP can look and see if how much you drop there. Even if you are not a high level customer, rudeness is unacceptable. Bite me comes to mind. I shot an email to the VP and the Cosmetic manager at the NM I go to over the nasty crap this one chic older then Christ gave me. Find a product specialist in the line and/or a personal shopper. Build a relationship with them and you will be happier.

ellas u got this one too enjoy its a beauty I don't blame u all I would just want to look at it but I know its going to be stunning on
You know what I didn't think I was going to get it because I didn't really want to call around for it. But then one late night I was up and someone on IG said it was up on NM and I couldn't resist. And now I'm glad I got it - so much prettier in person. Hopefully I'll feel the same way once I swatch it!
