I just got home from my tiny little mac store as I was originally going to buy some new e/s to do a brown smokey eye... why I have no idea i own so many neutrals .. anyways i ended up buying the quad cuz it looked pretty... of course I had to try it out as soon as I got home... these shadows are not very pigmented at all,i'm really disappointed. is it like that for anyone else or its i just me??? I used painterly pp underneath,,, am i doing something wrong???

A MUA was doing a look on a customer with the quad when I went to the store Sunday and it looked very dull. It looked like some crappy drugstore eyeshadow to me.

Thanks everyone for the heads up, I just ordered I Get No Kick and Soiree nail polish! It'll be a while until I get to the US where I got it shipped but at least I know I'll have what I wanted :)

So I added some things to my cart..and when I went to check out they're gone. The paint pots dont even show they're up but the feline and the highlight powders are there but you can't add them to your bag but they dont say sold out! Ugh!

which is absolutely beautiful on. Its a more pinker/corally Nars orgasm blush with subtle gold shimmer & makes the cheeks look sculpted & beautiful.

Then I used Chanel's new Peregrina lipstick which was so perfect with the above blush & shadow. Its a fabulous pink based peach. One of the most beautiful peach lipsticks ever.

Did you get the quad? I loved how Et Tu Bouquet looked over Let Me Pop!

And speaking of Et Tu Bouquet, I could have sworn that it was a lustre when it was released with A Rose Romance, and it is marked as a frost this time around. It also swatched differently imo.

You also reminded me that I wanted to have a look at Bella Bamba!

I ended up getting Bubble Lounge today along with Chilled on Ice. With the other items I picked up yesterday, this ended up being a fairly decent sized haul for me, I felt all giddy!

FYI: Just searched for the items again on the site and though they were all listed individually before, I no longer see the new paint pots listed by name.

Well, I didn't try it but I do have that es. I have those shadows so I didn't get the quad. I will try it tomorrow!

Bella Bamba is really really really pretty on!!! I so love it with Let Me Pop.

So funny - I got Bubble Lounge tonight. How did you like it in person? And Chilled on Ice ??? I was also thinking of picking that up.

Bubble Lounge is gorgeous, but could go on looking a bit too icy if it's not sheered out a bit. And I think it'll be stunning over a liner or lipstick. In the tube, it looks like a straight up rose/bronze, but once on, it's a bit cooler. Chilled on ice is a white-ish yellow/gold colour. Haven't tried it on yet, but swatched it. It has a similar texture to Let Me Pop. I bought it mostly to wear under the pink shade of the Enigma quad, because I find that gold bases really make that shade pop more! I'll report back after having tried it (on the Chanel thread though!).

I cannot believe what a disaster their web service is--the US site isn't showing anything but pictures of the new items (you have to search under "Lips", "Eyes", etc. -- no "new Collection" screens) but no ability to put into shopping cart and no prices.... Canada's site is showing some names and prices but I would have to pay CA prices.... For a company that is suppsoed to be cutting edge, this is pathetic. I just had to rant. It's 2011 for Pete's sake--learn how to upload a website.

Can you tell how irritated I am?

UPDATE: Ok--now if you find the stuff you can add it to the cart....

Has anyone with NW15/20 skin tried IGNK? I've read lots of comments about it looking like eye booger (LOL!) on certain skin tones, and I'm really hoping it wont look this way for me! (I have no way of testing the products)
