Speaking of Epic fails, when I was in Mac today, they were boxing up all the Tartan Tale stuff. They said they were sending them away. They had boxes and boxes of the brush sets that they just couldn't give away. I was slightly amused. You gotta bring it harder next Holiday season, Mac. Other brands had you beat.

ITA! First time I've ever been willing to drop a huge amount of money on MAC and I totally wasn't interested...even now, all I'm buying from this are IGNK and feline.

I think I'm going to pass on Dangerous Curvee', I was going to wait to try it myself. But I'm going to trust my girls on this one. Plus I have plenty of gunmetal colors I can put on wet n get the same effect. But still want Vintage Selection, I need something I can just put on my lids, slap on some liner and mascara and I'm good to go.

Have you tried Benefit's cream shadow/liners? They're pretty good. Mufe has good ones also w/o any fallout.

No, but I might have to. Price is the thing I need to consider though since it's $3 more. But if the quality is worth it I might just give them a try. I got a creamshadow from Buxom but dont like it much. Thanks for the suggestion

. I don't like Benefit, but I like those cream shadows. Mufe is more expensive, I think but so worth it. I think they are better than the benefit ones since I could go without a base for them. Plus, they have all kinds of funky colors.

Like some of the other gals, I ended up ordered 3 of the lipgelees from Macy's and Bubble Lounge from Bloomies because I wanted them so badly... Now I notice that my order confirmation email from Bloomies says "Expected Delivery JANUARY 3RD"... WTF??????????????????

I still want the powders from Stylishly Yours and Dangerous Curvee and maybe the new brown-burgundy gel liner from SY too.... I guess I'll wait for Mac on those. I am ADDICTED to the lip gelees so I was obsessed with getting the order in. The thought of not getting them was really stressing me out (I know that is pathetic but it's the truth)....

I cannot believe nothing will be on Mac's site till Tuesday. Totally ticking me off....

I own 3 MUFE creams and love them. I was going to try and put DC on top of the dark gunmetal cream to give it a shimmer boost, but decided to pass on DC since there have been bad reviews on it. Should I try for myself or heed the warnings? It would save me some money for Peacocky and my time off coming up.

I just realized Luxure kind of reminds me of that light pink dazzleglass from Hello Kitty, just more shimmery and glittery. I loved that gloss! The one thing I bought from that collection. Plus I lost my Resort Life that I miss! So I might just get Luxure instead of DC.....
Man my list keeps changing, maybe its better that I wait till Tues so I can decide what I want haha

I'm not sure this collection would be considered a miss. I went to a counter that doesn't get too much stock, but they were out of Bubble Lounge and only had 3 quads left. The SA said they were selling out fast. When I called a bigger counter to put Bubble Lounge on hold, they only had 6 left!

So I ended up so far with the quad, DC pp, Let it Pop pp and Rose Ole highlight powder. I still want the light pp and Bubble Lounge.

Elegant, I'm with you on Vintage Selection, didn't like it at all, but fell in love with Let it Pop!

Bubble Lounge and I Get No Kick aren't there!!! There are three lip gelees, no BL! Feline and the chroma pencils are there, no IGNK!!! Seriously. If those two things sell out before I get to my counter, I will be really mad.

I was the 1st one in the store around 7:15a & they didn't even have the displays out yet. The only item from this collection that was a must have for me what Chilled on Ice. With the NE snowstorm fast approaching, I new I wouldn't be able to get back until Tues. morning so I asked the SA how many they had, so I could go home & play with this so I'd know if I wanted a backup. Well, she said they only got 6 in! I couldn't believe it. So, I did take another one.

It is very shimmery -- very fine particles of gold glitter. Naturally at 7 in the morning on a Sunday, I didn't have any mu on so w/o primer when I got to the car & looked in the mirror there was gold shimmer particles all over my checks & around my eye area. Not a good look. I went home & it took me several deep face washes to get the glitter off. It just stuck like glue all over my face.

REALLY!? Let it Pop is so gorgeous that even I, who hates glitter fallout - still loved it. I think its a beautiful color for you. You make me wish that I would have checked out BL.

I was so disappointed in Vintage Selection as that was the first one I thought that I wanted from the swatch pictures but it did nothing at all for me in person.

The counter that I was at said the whole collection was selling fast.

It was pretty funny though, we had another almost 2 hrs to drive home after stopping at the mall, so I was playing with the colors in the car. I had Let it Pop on one eyelid & DC on the other

I told dh, to remind me that I did that just in case we stopped anywhere else.

I went in today and picked up only Chez Chez Lame. I loooove this powder though, so gorgeous on my skintone and totally holiday appropriate. I was gonna get Soiree n/p also but i was wearing Orly Rage from their Foil FX collex that is actually identical to Soiree so I passed. I passed on lip products as they are too shimmery for me. I don't wear shimmery lips often enough to get these.

P.S. Dara, so nice to see u back on here! You're raves on Chez Chez Lame totally did me in! You are by far my biggest enabler

I think I saw on Macy's website that it was free shipping over $50. My order is going to be way more than $50, I'm tempted. I don't think anything will sell out at my counter, but you never know!

I'm in CT too! This is ridiculous, I really wanted to go to LUSH and MAC to do an after-christmas haul but I'm snowed in!
