I'm wavering on Peacocky. I'm thinking it won't be flattering and I won't feel like putting in the work to make it wearable. I may just wait and get it at the counter since things don't sell out around these parts. I only want to order what I know I won't return.

they are strut your stuff kissable lip color and peek-at-you mega metal shadow

Thank you SO much paparazziboy! This is very helpful for me :) I like seeing them all swatched at once, it really helps me compare and decide! Though now I'm confused about a couple more choices, lol.

Thank you for taking your time to swatch these AND post them for us! The "dupe" list would be great just to have another thing to go by :) Thanks again!!

Thanks paparazziboy! Have you had a chance yet to form an opinion of the formulation of the products? Pretty colours are important but I want to know how they work too:) I like your choices for your gratis.

i love the formula of the lip colors the darker colors do tend to leave a bit of a stain which can be a good or bad thing depending how u look at it. i wish we got to pick our gratis its already decided months in advance for each collection its dived up by look 1 or look 2 in our update books so for 6 months we get the gratis for that certain look mine is about to change so i hope my stuff from wonder woman is nice i wont get the goods for the new collection till the 30th when i have my new update book for the next collections coming out

I must say, though, if I keep looking at swatches from this collection, I'm going to end up staying home next week when it launches. The colours are pretty, but they aren't as distinctive as I want them to be (unless their texture/ sheen makes them difficult to capture).

To anyone who has seen the colours: Flaunting It and Love Peck look more similiar than I had imagined. Are they actually different enough to warrant having both?

Right now, my list looks like:

Love Peck
Peacocky
Dalliance

Maybes- Noir Plum, Mating Call, Flaunting It, Exxxhibitionist

I even showed these to The Great Enabler and even he was sort of underwhelmed. He really liked Peacocky (because he's even more nuts than I am about odd colours) and thought a couple of the others.

Again, thank you! This has really helped me feel confident in making my *somewhat* list, haha. I have been adding, removing and re-adding like crazy. Right now I'm looking at 3 lipcolors but I should get it down to 1, and 4-6 e/s, all but 2 or 3 will probably be cut.

Thank you papparazziboy for your swatches and dupe list. Lord knows my camera sucks like a Dyson.
I went to my ProStore today and they had both this and Mickey Contractor out. From this collection I hauled:
1. Noir Plum: I knew this was coming home with me. I'm a HUGE fan of the purple smokey eye and this will aid me in making a softer version of the one in my avatar.
2. Unflappable: On my skin this swatched not so much as a black but as a blackened greyish purple. Again something else to work into a smokey eye.

On the blendability of these shadows.. the two colors I picked worked SPLENDIDLY with each other. I love the texture of these shadows. They are creamy and pigmented at the same time. I only got two but I have a feeling I will be going back for Paparazz-she, Dalliance and Ego. There were a few colors that reminded me of pigments I already own. Namely Tweet Me. It reminded me of Pink Bronze pigment.


Now on to the Kissable Lipcolour...YES PLEASE!!!

These lipcolors remind me of the Dare To Wear ones in opacity. They are super super pigmented and a little goes a long way! They are not sticky in any way, shape, or form. I got two of these as well and again I will have to admit I will be going back for more.
I got:
1. Scandelicious: A blue fushia according to the site. I swatched almost all of the colors that weren't being used or handled by other customers on my hand. Two seperate MUAs came over and commented on how this looked. I'm a sucker for a bright pink lip. Its my "daytime" version of a nighttime red.
2. Flaunting It: A grey mauve. To a lot of people this color won't really stand out. This is great for every day looks. On my lips it comes across as a very stylish alternative to a nude lip but still as
subtle.

Next on my horizons will be

Love Peck

I didn't get to swatch Love Peck because this one girl had it in a kung fu death grip and would not put it back on the display. Peacocky is a lovely shade of blue and I'm thinking about grabbing it just to have it. You never know when this may come in handy
