Yeah, I was doing a side eye at you when you mentioned you loved temper tantra. I was thinking that is not going to work not straight out the box for you but what do I know, I am still getting Peacocky.

Today I wore Nightmoth liner with Hang Up lipstick and it looks just like Love Peck. I love Hang Up, but I don't get around to it often, so I don't need the same color again. Exxxhibitionist maybe similar to Viva Cyndi but that's fine by me because I was going to buy another Cyndi anyway so that I wouldn't run out. That is my kind of color and I reach for it often. Besides Exxx seems a bit bolder and more pigmented.
I'm going to get Noir Plum and I want Centre Stage now, but the price is making me hesitant. Usually it's not an issue, but for some reason, right now it's bugging me. I have to see when I get to pro tomorrow.
The lip colors I want are Flaunting It, Peacocky, Super, Exxxhibitionist. I am set on those colors. The only doubt in my mind now is one or two shadows.
I'm going to get Noir Plum and I want Centre Stage now, but the price is making me hesitant. Usually it's not an issue, but for some reason, right now it's bugging me. I have to see when I get to pro tomorrow.

Lmfao! I love side eye even when it's directed at me. Why didn't you try talking some sense into me? It's always welcome. Temptalia recommended it for dark skin. I don't consider myself especially dark, but by her definition, I think I fall into that category. I think some people are too typical with what they suggest for a particular skin tone. Temper Tantra might be decent but it's not the kind of color I like.
Oh and we can be blue lipped sisters.

This is totally how I feel! I love Cyndi, and a more pigmented version sounds like perfection to me.
I'm trying to be sensible and pass on Exxxhibitionist, and it's totally not working.

Yay!Our e/s are the same! Ha... And I'm getting Prance for the same reason!
Shale is one of my favorite shadows ever and I think Prance will be just gorgeous with it!

I asked her a while ago if she could swatch a collection (maybe VV) on darker skin and she said she didn't have anyone to swatch it on... so after that, i always wondered about her recommendtions. they are mostly "textbook" when it comes down to it. we can work anything.

yes! i see that comparison now. contrast is one of my favorites and mostly used!!!! dandizette may be something i look into getting in a few weeks. not rushing out for that at my first attempt.Wow, Karla's Swatches are Amazing! My MA said that Dandizette is similar to Contrast - although to me it looks way more wow than Contrast
She loved Prance a lot! in person. She was really hyper about how much she loved them.

See, I'm skipping Dandizette because I have and love Contrast. Contrast looks blah in the pan and even when swatched, but when you put that baby on, it's fire!
Face2Mac, I think it's pretty sad that Temptalia doesn't have at least one person close to our complexion she can swatch colors on. I guess that's why her knowledge of what we can or cannot wear seems so limited.
And Camnagem, I totally tried to talk myself out of Exxx because people kept saying how close it is to Cyndi, but this lippy cannot be denied by me. I would've cried if I passed this because of peer pressure. I know I need this color!

Karla's swatches help me so much! She's probably about the colour I would be if I lived somewhere with as much sun as wherever she lives and it's great she has sun because it helps her photos
I think I'll get Prance and Unflappable since I wear those sorts of colours regularly. Some of the bolder colours are gorgeous but I have a great collection of loose pigments in every colour imaginable and I don't wear those shades often enough to warrant a giant, expensive single.
None of the lip colours are screaming for me but I'm interested in the formula. I hope my store will have sanitary testers set aside so I can try one on my lips. I wonder if these can be blotted down a bit?

Ive been waiting for MAC to make retrospec usable!!! i was hoping it would come in pigment form but ill deffinitly take a buttery shaddow....I dont see the green tho, but karla said the same thing.

Thanks to Temptalia's colourful Peacocky look, I now want Noir Plum (again!) and Odalisque. That look is so pretty! But Noir Plum just takes my breath away, lol.
So if I add these 2, that will be 4 e/s and 2 lipcolours! I was going to use a gift certificate to pay for this haul but if I get 6 items I will have to pay for two. Maybe I will remove So Vain :/

I can't figure the lipgloss out. Is it a muted coral or a rose color it just doesn't speak to me. But I agree on Super being pretty, Exx and Strut your stuff are pretty too.

At first it looked so light and pretty to me. My lips are kinda dark so I thought it would go on nude for me, but Karla's swatch (which usually seems most accurate) shows it as some kind of chocolatey-rose color. I had a gloss like that before and it made me look like I dipped my mouth into a bowl of fudge. Not cute.
