I hadn't seen this one before, but I went and looked it up when I saw your post. Lovely colour!
I've been tempted to pick up some things from Cargo, but haven't yet... I was particularly pleased to see that they have an eyeshadow and lip gloss named "Halifax", which is my home town.
I'm hoping that, once the April launches are out of the way, we'll start to see more from this collection. At least I'd like to get a complete, confirmed colour story. There seems to be no logic as to when these come out.

So, I think I am getting the purple lippy, regardless of finish (but please let it be a Satin)
Hibiscus unless its lacking in opacity
the grey eyeshadow, cuz a girl can never have enough grey e/s (or purple lippies for that matter)--Id love to know the finish on this
Both blushes (unless there is only one) regardless of overspray or lack thereof
Think I will skip the stacks, I hate things that make my eyeballs look red

I think we are overdue for a color story here at least, I need to know about finish because I am a texture girl

I don't think I can get just one lol. I love pigments, and these are my kind of colors.
oh both sets are my kind of colours! don't get me wrong! i just think that with everything else that i want to buy i shouldn't be buying both!

I am digging this collection. That packaging is not what I would have picked for it, but I like the 70's retro beach theme.
From what I have seen this is what I am wanting:

Saffron ES (? I have soo many coral ES, but its a maybe)
Short Shorts ES
Surf U.S.A ES
My Paradise BL, I will be getting 2 of these bad boys!
I have to agree that MAC has been hit or miss lately. But I am hoping that the rest of the summer & fall collections will be amazing...I can only hope!

I have follow your fancy too... and I am thinking about buying Saffron as well.. they are probably similar..but FYF seems redder and more shimmering...arghhh I'm afraid of buyng similar colors!!!

hah i love how we convince ourselves that the colours are slightly different. bt if its a nice colour, i always break down and get it.. its like having a backup!

True enough... I keep trying to see the difference between a couple of my lipsticks and I know I'm just trying to reassure myself that I didn't buy the same colour with two different names. In this case, the difference in tone and finish is quite visible though... Honest...

Specktra has gotten me into blushes as well. I used to only own one lol I never thought they made a difference. But now I've realized they can finish off a look and change a look as well! Love me some blushes now.
I'm def going to be waiting for swatches cause right now the pigment stacks and the purple lippy are the only things interesting me right now. Oh and Hibiscus l/s
