I am not sure where in California you are based, but I got the 192 quite recently from the CCO in Palm Springs. I love the 192 for applying highlighters. It is quite firm, but glides fantastically on the skin and the bristles spread out but are still dense enough to distribute color evenly.

Congrats to all who have their goods on the way or already in their hands. I got my crushed metals a few minutes ago. As I suspected, the gold shade is melted. It's not completely liquid, but definitely melted. It looks like the Big Bounce shadows, but not that watery. It's all good. I went through too much to get this thing and since I 'd have to go by mail again to get a refund/exchange, it's pointless. Playing with it, I see it works just fine and that's all that matters. Plus, I didn't buy it for this shade and I think I'll probably only use it on the inner eye and lower lash line. All the colors are gorgeous, sparkly and summery. I don't anticipate crazy fallout, but I do anticipate my clumsy self knocking one down into the sink. Must be careful! ETA: I wore Saffron on the lids today with Swell Baby in the crease and a matching Mufe aqua eyes pencil on the waterline. I had Krazy Kahuna on the lips. It was awesome. Loving how all these colors go together.

Do the make up bags usually hit the CCOs? I think I want one, though not sure if the smaller size is too tiny. Or if I shall take the chance and see if they eventually show up at a CCO. Did anyone buy a SB make up bag?

Strange Potion is so rescuing Hibiscus for me without it I would declare this a miss on me. Lovely color but I think I am going to try a sheer pink gloss to lighten it and make a hint pink or just keeping SP with it but I should've followed my initial notion and not gotten it but you live and learn.

I officially hate ups. What is going on!! I noticed for the past two days that my usual delivery guy isnot working, which is a problem cause he always comes back to me whenever I am not at home. Really the nicest guy ever. So today I try to stalk the delivery van cause I know it is a new guy. At 12noon a ups van stops right infront of my house so my guess is that he is bringing my package. I run outside in fear of him going, and I ask him if he has a delivery for my adress,he says yes,but he can not find it right now cause there are some 250boxes and tells me he will drop it later, but I will not be here later. ARE U SERIOUS? isnt it your job to find my package and give it to me. My guess is that because my delivery status does say by the end of the day,he wants to go by the book. I do not know but I am so maaaad!

I bought Surf USA and Sun Blonde and I am totally in love with them! They go amazing together, and I've already used them in two looks so far.

The first look I did was sun blonde on the lid with surf USA in the crease blended into MACs Club concentrated in the outer crease and on the last 1/3 of the lid. The I topped it off with brown liquid liner winged out and black mascara. My cheeks were Too Faced’s La Vie En Rose, and on my lips was NYX’s new Fortune Cookie round lipstick which is a pale kinda glittery nude and MAC’s Nymphette lip glass.

The second look I did was with Surf USA on 2/3 of the lid, and then I took Sun Blonde and put it on the inner 1/3 of the lid and then blended it into Surf USA until it was about 2/3 of the inner lid in. It makes an incredible green color blended together, so I had a really cool gradation effect. Then I used Silver Ring in the crease, and a random highlighter. Then I did black liquid liner very thinly on the lashline and black mascara. Then for the cheeks, I used Aromaleigh's Femme Fetale Rock Sonic blush (which is a bright pinky coral loose mineral blush) and then on my lips I used NYX Fortune Cookie round lipstick and I applied Strange Potion over top. This really brought out the soft pinky and shimmery tones in Strange Potion which usually looks much darker and orange-y. The whole look was so darn pretty, I love how bright and summery this collection is!

I am already addicted to these shadows. I love using them since they're so pigmented :)

how are you guys applying the bronze colour from the pigment stack? because sadly i have found that mine is so stuck together it doesn't want to get on my brush. then when it does it doesn't smoothly apply but more splatters it everywhere! i was using a 217 brush today to apply it in my crease :(

Imagine my surprise yesterday when my backordered "you may have to wait 2 more weeks if you get it at all" Hibiscus lipstick arrived. I never got a shipping notice from MAC that it was coming. I probably will get that today. LOL

Elegant, add me to the MAC computer fans here. When my HP died, DBF passed on his MACBook to me. It took a little getting used to but I love it. He now has a MACBook Air which I love to use as well. My MACBook is several years old and still going strong.

I've tried it just once, so I'll have to experiment more, but it was very hard to get the product on my brush. So I applied it with my ring finger, that worked well smoothing out the colour to my lid. Then I blended the edges with a brush. :)
