So excited!! I love Johnny Weir!

They should also get Michelle Kwan to do be a spokesperson as well. I'm pretty sure it would get a lot of us to go out and get more products!

Thanks for the swatches Mac-Guy! I knew I wanted Shimmermint, pre-ordered it , but now my list has increased thanks to your handy work! Back to Mac I go this weekend. I saw the collection today when I was breezing through Nordstrom but had no time to play! Hopefully I'll have time this weekend.

When does the Nordies sales begin?

Well, if you get one that is almost white with no mint veining, then you are screwed... But it's really up to you. I'm particularly picky about MES/MSF as I know how much difference it can make.
yeah i do not want to end up with no mint!! i am super excited for this mes! :)

May I ask you about the Paint Pot?

I don't have them, however, I do have a lot of CREAM EYE SHADOW by NARS.
Do you think NARS items can use instead of Paint Pot by MAC?
What is the difference between them, like texture and so on?
If I can skip Paint Pot, I want MES or other products more.
(I'm going to add simmer powder on my eyes.)

It is a silly question, but I want to know.

i don't have any of the nars cream shadows but i am guessing they are a very similar idea to a paint pot. if you use them as a base for shadows and they last a while without creasing then i'd keep using your nars ones. if you find they don't last as long on the lids as you'd like then maybe try a paint pot? :)

I've heard that Nars cream shadows crease like crazy. I have only one of those, but I didn't really test it in action.
I've just applied it to my hand, and Bare Study next to it, and although the effect is fairly similar, I could wipe the Nars shadow off super easily after about 30 seconds.
Paint pot doesn't even think of budging, no matter how much im rubbing it.

Paintpots are also of somewhat creamier consistency/go on more opaque.

Hope this will help you, Kanacci! (Although I don't know to what extent possible enabling is "helping")
Great to have someone from Japan posting on Specktra! I'm dreaming of visiting this beautiful country in a couple of years!

I believe it already has because I just stopped thru to say hi and my fav MUA told me we are doing presale for glitter & ice and the holiday collection. I was running late and needed to be back in the city for a meeting, so no time to swatch. You should stop by when you get a chance!
ETA- I did try on Frozen Lame the silver lip gloss from Holiday collection and it was fabulous!

Thank you for the answer in comparison. And your kindly answer is so helping me.
Have you ever tried "smudge proof eyeshadow base"(NARS), which Temptalia ppl always ON under the eyeshadow? It is really useful.
Oh, yes! I have to talk about MAC items. PP seemed to be something like concealer. "Glitter and Ice" PP is extraordinary, worth trying it.

Are there any Japanese in here? I found this site with a help of Mr. google, LoL
Now is the good season to visit Japan. I hope your dream comes true.

Well, there was some slushy melted ice or snow on my stairs this AM so this collection is perfectly timed. I think I will get all the PP, a Snowglobe BP, the silver and pink lippies and skip the MES. And of course, I need the SheZam and the Pleasure Principle dazzleglasses. It is possible I will go back and buy some kohl liners, but that would depend on my coming into unexpected money. I have to save for the glitter handle brush sets and Gareth Pugh. (And I still have not gotten a single thing from Styledriven)
